Our Facilitators
Leaders who walk the talk.
At Wayfinding Leadership, our facilitators are not just teachers — they are experienced leaders, cultural navigators, and relationship-holders who embody the values they teach.
Each member of our team brings deep personal practice, professional excellence, and cultural grounding to their work. Together, we hold space for transformation — creating leadership experiences that are relational, safe, and powerfully impactful.
Whether you're working with a senior facilitator, a guest expert, or an emerging voice from within our growing network, you can trust that you're in capable, caring hands.

Chellie’s facilitation style is grounded, relational, and quietly transformative — helping leaders connect with their values, lead with presence, and navigate with purpose.
